In April we worked with a customer in Bristol who had water getting into their basement. Water getting into a basement is dangerous for both the potential to destroy property but also the health risks associated with mold that can start growing. We excavated to the footer and sealed all cracks and crevasses. We installed pipes to whisk away the water away from the foundation. We also hooked down spouts into the piping system to ensure that roof water was eliminated and that there was no possible pooling near the foundation. All of these pipes discharge to a safe area in the back of the property. This customer chose an open drain system, incorporating the drainage rock into the landscape design.
